Terms, Conditions & Rules of Style ME Interiors Dubai's Approved Vendor Program

The term "You" applies to you, your business and anyone representing your business.

You agree to follow the group rules at all times.

You agree that only actual images of your products and completed projects can be used. NO  stock images can be used to advertise your business. 3D renders must state 3D render on the actual image if you wish to use it.

You agree only to promote those services and products which you are legally allowed. This is based on the activities of your trade license e.g. if your trade license is that of a furniture maker,then you cannot promote your business as a fit out company.

You agree to only advertise in your approved category eg. if you are listed under fitout/construction, you cannot advertise in interior design related posts.
If you wish to advertise in additional categories, additional fees will apply.

You agree not to send any uninvited private messages (PMs/DMs) to our members. You may only private message a member when requested to do so by them.

When commenting on a post, you must answer the question being asked and include your
affiliation to the company, your company name and contact details. You can then post a link to your business if you wish.

No commenting on old posts. You can only comment on current posts. It is not allowed to search for previous older posts and add your business details.

You agree to use the hashtag #SMIDapprovedvendor when advertising your business.

Advertising of your services via post is ONLY allowed on a Monday or Thursday depending on your category. Please take a look at previous #thisisme posts for an idea of the required format. It must be personal, have a description and you must post actual, good quality pictures of your work. You shall not share from your Facebook page as an advertisement.

Customer service and transparency - When quoting for jobs, you must be transparent and
disclose all fees and details associated with the job. If certain items are likely to fall outside the scope of the quotation, this must be communicated to the client to avoid any future
misunderstandings. When communicating with our members, it is important to stay professional at all times.

You agree to only use your best teams and products when providing products and services to our members.

Customer complaints - we do not allow naming and shaming of our approved vendors. However, if someone makes a complaint, we will investigate and decide if it is genuine or not. If we find that the complaint is genuine we will bring it to your attention for feedback. We may request you to rectify and put in place measures to improve your services. Should we receive future similar complaints, we may take further action, including removing you from the group entirely.

We have a 3 strike rule for violations. 3 strikes means that you will be removed, blocked and blacklisted from all recommendations in our group.

Membership of Style ME Interiors Dubai requires an annual fee to be paid. This is dependent on your vendor category and can be paid in monthly instalments using credit/debit card.
After the first year, if you wish to terminate your membership, you must give 3 months prior notice. This allows us the time to assess your posts and help you achieve the best results from the platform.

Once your membership is cancelled, all past posts and comments will be removed to align with our current list of approved vendors.

No refund or part refund is given if you do not advertise using our platforms.
