Jessie Valentine is a highly experienced Social & Digital Marketing Strategist with more than 10 years of experience working in the top five agencies in London. In 2019, she decided to start her own agency that operates across Dubai, the UK, and KSA.

When the aviation industry was hit hard by the COVID pandemic, Stephen used his tech and business acumen to develop the approved vendor program for Style ME Interiors Dubai. This initiative has steadily grown over the past three years, providing much-needed support to small and medium-sized enterprises in the UAE.
Stephen firmly believes that collaborative growth is crucial for SMEs to succeed, and he is committed to helping them achieve their goals. Umair Nasir, a 32-year-old general manager at The Agency Interiors LLC, started his career in the Navy, where he learned valuable skills in planning, logistics, problem-solving, and operations. After leaving the military, he worked at a leading consumer goods company, but he soon realized that he wanted more variety in his work. He found what he was looking for at an exciting startup, where his experience and dedication helped him quickly rise through the ranks and run his own department. During his time there, he also gained expertise in accounting, finance, management, and sales & marketing.
Now at The Agency Interiors, Umair is responsible for overseeing the company's operations. He was introduced to the SMID community through a satisfied homeowner, and he used his creativity and writing skills to create compelling content that helped him attract a loyal following and generate new business. With his customer-centric approach and hardworking team, Umair has successfully expanded The Agency's business and consistently maintains a full schedule of projects.
Maya Itani is an award-winning brand and marketing director specialized in strategic brand development and implementation.
She provides senior level advisory and has driven impactful executions across highly competitive B2B and B2C markets for global and local brands. Maya leverages a deep understanding of market insights, consumer behavior, and data analytics into strategies that deliver growth.
